Cynthia L. "Cindy"' Exton

Cynthia Louise Exton would like to announce her departure from our sense of consciousness. She completed her tour of this earth April 27, 2018, after entering May 15, 1963, to parents she dutifully lived with throughout her life. She follows her father, Marvin William Exton, and sweet sister, Deborah (Exton) Feals, in death. Cindy's final years were spent caring for her mother, Rose Marie (Samulski) Exton. Also surviving are a sister, Kathleen Hogan and husband Timothy Hogan, and brother-in-law David Feals. Her nieces and nephews and now great-nieces and -nephews carry with them all the eclectic tastes she exposed them to. From her sense of style to her Halloween parties to the Brit coms they can recite word for word to the midnight swims they'd stay awake for because it didn't count if it wasn't the right time. If there is something beyond, be sure she is somewhere rooting for the Pens each time they play. She also graduated from Seton Hill in 1985 and would always remind everyone it was still a college then and refused to accept this university nonsense. Whatever happens beyond death, be it heaven, Valhalla, reincarnation, return to the great consciousness, Cindy is missed and forever in the hearts of family and friends. Perhaps she made a stop at the rainbow bridge for her beloved dog Shelby to lead her on their journey. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to oceana.org. We would like to warmly welcome those who knew Cynthia L. "Cindy" Exton, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2018, to a celebration of her life. She passed on April 27, and her service will be run concurrently with her mother's, but in separate rooms. At 8 p.m., we ask everyone to please join us for a memorial. We hope you will share your memories and thoughts about Cindy. A few short poems will be read and we will gather some of her favorite songs, to play. We hope to welcome family and friends with good food and friendly talk as we take time to appreciate each other.
