Anthony C. Guerrieri

Anthony C. "Tony" Guerrieri, 64, of Youngwood, formerly of Herminie No. 2, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at his home. He was born July 29, 1951, in Greensburg, son of Susan (Zunic) Guerrieri, of Herminie, and the late Tony A. Guerrieri. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved companion, Pamela Smith. Prior to his retirement, Tony was a truck driver having worked for Janet & Bert Trucking in Penn for more than 10 years. He was a member of White Oak Rod & Gun Club in North Huntingdon. He was a true fan of WWE and NASCAR. He enjoyed fishing and was very good at competition shooting. He cherished the times he spent with his granddaughter doing special things and his eyes sparkled when he spoke of his Pamela. Tony is survived by his son, Michael A. Guerrieri, of Youngwood and his girlfriend, Bianca; his two daughters, Michelle (Michael) Huffman, of Herminie, and Amy (John) Snyder, of Pittsburgh; his special granddaughter, MaKayla Guerrieri; two special grandsons, John and Derek Snyder; his sister, Sondra (Richard) Cole, of Greensburg; two nephews, Brad (Kelly) Cole and Raymond Cole; niece, Johneen (Christian) Mayercheck; great-nieces and great-nephews. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and neighbors. Family and friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the JOSEPH W. NICKELS FUNERAL HOME INC., 404 Sewickley Ave., Herminie, PA 15637, 724-446-7251. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. in the funeral home to celebrate Tony's life.
