Dante C. Marroncelli, 40, of Rillton, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022, at his home. He was born Feb. 19, 1982, in Pittsburgh, son of Bruno C. and Patti (Litterini) Marroncelli, of Gratztown. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bruno and Algiers Marroncelli; and maternal grandparents, Prince and Theresa Litterini. Dante was currently employed at UPS in New Stanton. He was a past member of St. Edward Church in Herminie. Dante was an avid ICP fan. He loved writing his own music and enjoyed playing Magic the Gathering. He had his barber/cosmetology license. He always had new styles in mind and was passionate about cutting his family’s and friends’ hair in his basement. He loved to cook and enjoyed picking mushrooms, even if they did smell up the house. Collecting vintage toys was part of his love for Halloween, his favorite holiday. He took Halloween very serious and was a “Zombie” every year at Station Square. He also had a passion for skateboarding and repairing bicycles. But most important of all, he loved spending time with his children and family. Teasing his sister was always on his list. In addition to his parents, Dante is survived by his wife of 10 years, Suzanne (Hirth) Marroncelli and their children, Dante E. and Violet J. Marroncelli; sister, Mia (Joel) Milowicki, of Hunker; two special nephews and niece; Joel Paul, Giada Camille and Jace Patrick; in-laws, Charles and Regina Hirth, of Herminie; and several aunts, uncles and cousins, who loved him dearly. Dante’slove for Halloween and sense of humor will forever be remembered. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him near and far. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the JOSEPH W. NICKELS FUNERAL HOME INC., Herminie, 724-446-7251. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
