Obituary
Helen G. Fraicola, 92, of Greensburg, passed away peacefully at home, with her family by her side, Wednesday morning, May 11, 2022. She was born June 27, 1929, in Herminie, a daughter of the late Walter and Gladys (Waselesky) Stepinsky. Helen was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time in her flower garden. She loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Fraicola; son-in-law, Cameron Metz; and two brothers, Walter and Frank Stepinsky. Helen is survived by her son, Richard (Pamela) Fraicola, of Youngwood; three daughters, Barbara (Jim) Gabonay, of North Huntingdon, Kathleen Metz, of Florida, and Helen Bordonaro, of Greensburg; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and two great-great-granchildren whom she loved dearly; a brother, Richard (Joanne) Stepinsky, of Herminie; numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and neighbors. The family would like to thank Excela Hospice and Cindy's Care Givers for all their love and compassionate care. Private services will be held at the JOSEPH W. NICKELS FUNERAL HOME INC., Herminie, and interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township.
