Jeffrey A. "Fish" Madigan

Jeffrey A. "Fish" Madigan, 58, of Herminie, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021, at his home. He was born Aug. 28, 1962, in Greensburg, a son of the late Glenn and Evelyn (Havey) Madigan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Mike Harrity. Jeff was a member St. Steven's Byzantine Church in North Huntingdon. He was currently working for UNFI (formerly SUPERVALU), New Stanton, in the warehouse as a selector. He was an outdoorsman, enjoying trapping, hunting and fishing. He would sharpen his knives every night, just for relaxation. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also had an extra special love for his beloved hunting dogs. Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Lynda (Harrity) Madigan, his two sons, Spencer (Brandi) Madigan and Cory (Angel) Madigan, both of Herminie; four special grandchildren, Bria, Joel, Gracie and Parker; a sister, Sherry (Joe) Kluse; two brothers, Mark (Vonnie) Madigan and Craig (Darlene) Madigan, all of Herminie; his mother-in-law, Judy Harrity, of Derry; his aunt, Gayle Kurpick, of Lowber; and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at the JOSEPH W. NICKELS FUNERAL HOME INC., 404 Sewickley Ave., Herminie, PA 15637, 724-446-7251. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, in the funeral home.
