Jerry L. George Sr.

Jerry L. George Sr. , 55, of Arona, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021, at Wexford Healthcare Center. He was born October 19, 1965 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, son of the late Bennie and Margaret (Walters) George. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife,  Kimberly J. (Keller) George in 2018. He enjoyed playing pool, watching the Steelers and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his son, Jerry L. George Jr. and Brandi George of Arona; daughter, Jennifer L. George and William L.  Dinello, of Beaver; six special grandchildren, Jordan, Loghan, Giana, Connor ,Nova and Dominic; sister, Kathy Haller, of Arona; three brothers, Robert (Cyndy) George, of North Carolina and Steven and Roger George;  mother-in-law,  Mary Jane Bussard-Mehalick, of Arona; several nieces and nephews.  Jerry will be dearly missed by his family and friends, but now his is reunited with the love of his life of 36 years, his beloved wife, Kim. A memorial gathering will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20th at the JOSEPH W. NICKELS FUNERAL HOME INC., 404 Sewickley Ave., Herminie, PA 15637, 724-446-7251.  At which time a memorial service will be held in the funeral home.  Please join us in celebrating Jerry’s life at Costanza’s Stone Tavern in Arona, immediately following the service.
