Kenneth R. Stock

Kenneth R. Stock, 81, of Herminie, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, with his family by his side, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, following a brief illness. He was born Aug. 1, 1941, in Brownsville, son of the late Albert and Cecilia (Cividini) Stock. Ken was an Army veteran. He was owner/operator of House of Quality Beverage located in Herminie for more than 40 years, and enjoyed his retirement job making deliveries for Proscape Landscape Supply. Ken's favorite hobbies were hunting, gardening and spending time at the racetrack supporting the Stock Race Team. He will forever be remembered as a hard worker and a great family man who was always helping others. Ken is survived by his wife of 61 years, Arlene (Kosor) Stock; son, Walter "Wally" (Sharon) Stock, of Kecksburg; daughter, Marianne (Scott) Crosby, of Greensburg; two special grandchildren, Tyler and Kendyl Crosby; many nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and customers over the years. Per Ken's wishes, a private interment will be held in Fairview Cemetery, Mt.
