Krisha D. Johns

Krisha D. Johns, 58,  of Herminie,  passed peacefully at home to be with Jesus and her Mommy and Daddy on Sunday,  Jan. 19, 2025. Krisha was born August 1, 1966 in Jeannette, but if you asked her, she was adamant she was 19.  She was a beloved daughter of the late Dave and Janet (Kubik) Johns.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death  by her brother, Marc Johns.   Krisha  is survived by siblings,  Todd (Sharon) Johns of Herminie with whom she resided; David Johns of North Carolina, Brian (Kim) Johns of Kentucky; Uncle Wayne Kubik of McKeesport, Aunt Rose Kubik of Pittsburgh; Uncle Dan Kubik nieces,  Jessica (Austin) Rahn, Michaela Johns; nephews, TJ and Tyler Johns; great-nephew, Aidan Rahn and great-niece, Averie Rahn and best dog, Bear.  She is also survived by numerous cousins.  Krisha loved going to church, Pizza Hut, music and singing, the Frozen movie, taking car rides and baking .  She had a love-hate relationship with the Pittsburgh Steelers. She greeted everyone she met with a handshake, hug and a kiss. She would always tell you she was an angel and now forevermore will sing and dance with the heavenly angels.  She loved being the boss and always had that beautiful smile that cheered up every room she entered.  The family would like to thank the nurses, residents and doctors of the ICU and Step Down units and the palliative care team of Dr. Dorra and Nicole at UPMC East in Monroeville. Krisha will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and neighbors. Her smile and love for her family will forever be remembered. A memorial  service to celebrate Krisha’s life will take place 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025 at the Calvary Church , 8653 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin, PA 15642  with Pastor Nick Poole officiating.  Joseph W.
