Martha Belle Tietze, 87, of Herminie, passed away Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020 at her daughter Debbie's home, surrounded by her family. She was born Feb. 22, 1933, in Scottdale, a daughter of the late Samuel and Ruth (Gallagher) Felgar. Martha was a lifelong member of the Herminie United Methodist Church.
