With all of our sympathy and prayers, Marianne and Joe, from the Department of Geography & Regional Planning at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mary was a member of the IUP Geography & Regional Planning family.

Mary will always and forever be remembered by me, as she was like a second mother when I was a child with many fond memories of her babysitting me in the summers . I am now 55 years old and my own family all loved her as well, being a kind and caring person all these many years and never forgot the families she has touched.
Mary and her husband Joe were also best friends with my parents who have also passed , I can only pray they will all be be united once more in heaven.
You will be forever be in our hearts .

Mary was an incredible friend. She was extremely kind and caring. We received many of the vegetables she grew in her garden, and can attest to her wonderful gardening skills. We especially loved all of the stories she shared about her family and what is was like when she was growing up. She touched so many lives, and will be forever remembered by us and our children. - Mary and John Santoro
