Paul A. Miller Jr.

Paul A. Miller Jr., 91, of North Huntington, formerly of Herminie,  passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, March  9, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born Oct.  12, 1933, in Blairsville, son of the late Paul A. and Phyllis (Arthur) Miller Sr. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Jim Miller Sr. 

Paul was a US Army veteran, having served during the Korean War,  where he was an MP and sharpshooter. He then went on to own his own refrigeration company, owning a gas station and retiring from the union railroad as a car control clerk, He was a semi-pro, bowler and avid golfer and could fix anything you put in front of him. He was a truly an outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting.

Paul is survived by his brother, George ( Nancy) Miller of North Huntingdon; special nieces and nephews, Bob ( Chrissie) Miller, Robyn (Lou) Beckwith, Shannon Vinson, Kiersten (Dan ) Hoeflinger, Jim (Tracy) Miller Jr. , Scott (Jakki) Miller, Teri Miller; 17 great- nieces and great-nephews; 8  great- great nieces and great-great nephews, whom he loved dearly. Paul is also survived by his beloved cat, Zora. The family would like to thank Vitas Hospice for all their love and compassionate care given to Paul. He will forever be remembered for his generosity and his loving and caring nature.

Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday , March 13th, 2025 at the JOSEPH W.
